Yisroel Silverman is a Litigation Attorney at the Insurance Litigation Group, P.A. His primary practice area is first-party insurance litigation focused on helping homeowners and commercial policyholders with their insurance disputes. Mr. Silverman has helped secure over a million dollars in coverage for commercial policyholders and homeowners throughout the state of Florida. He is admitted to practice in all state courts in Florida and the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida.
Mr. Silverman graduated magna cum laude in the top 10% of his graduating class from St. Thomas University School of Law, where he established himself as an award-winning student. He is a three-time recipient of the CALI Excellence Award given to the highest scoring student in a class and was a member of the Dean’s List throughout law school. While in law school, Mr. Silverman also gained legal experience in first and third-party property insurance, automobile liability, premises liability, elder law, family law, landlord/tenant disputes, and foreclosure actions.
Before attending law school, Mr. Silverman earned a Bachelor of Religious Studies from the Rabbinical College of America. He worked for several years teaching Talmudic law at the Rabbinical Yeshiva of Cincinnati and subsequently at the Yeshiva Gedolah Rabbinical College in Miami Beach, Florida.
