Tania Williams is an experienced Senior Trial Litigator with the Insurance Litigation Group, P.A. Her practice area is first-party insurance litigation focused on helping homeowners, contractors, and commercial policyholders with their property damage insurance disputes. Tania has tried approximately 100 trials over the course of her career.
Tania’s broad civil litigation background allows her to assist clients in a variety of matters at both the trial and appellate level.
As appellate counsel, Tania has briefed and argued appeals covering diverse issues. Combining her exceptional research and writing skills with impressive analytical & communication skills enables Tania to obtain a successful outcome on appeal.
Tania began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Orlando. Her experience as a prosecutor equipped her with a solid foundation as a trial lawyer. Tania has also served as a Critical Skills Instructor and adjunct faculty member at Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law & successfully completed the National Institute of Trial Advocacy’s (NITA) Advocacy Teacher Training Certification. She is a member of the Trial Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar and serves as a faculty member for its Advanced Trial Advocacy program. As a faculty member, Tania has taught trial advocacy skills to attorneys in all areas of practice.
