OUR Team

Joshua P. Neuman is an Associate Attorney at the Insurance Litigation Group, P.A. He practices first-party property insurance litigation, focused on helping homeowners, business owners, contractors and mitigation professionals in their disputes against insurance companies.

Joshua uses his litigation experience, skills and knowledge, to help facilitate the financial recovery our clients deserve under the policy.

Mr. Neuman, a Miami, Florida native, earned his bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Studies from Touro College South before obtaining his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Miami School of Law.

During law school, he was very active in providing Pro Bono representation at the Miami Health Rights Clinic where he worked with clients to provide personalized care and advocacy in obtaining various social security benefits. He also worked in the Health Rights Veterans Program in securing veterans benefits for those in need.
