Erik Espinosa is Of Counsel Trial Litigation Attorney with the Insurance Litigation Group, P.A. At ILG, Mr. Espinosa concentrates on insurance recovery for the Auto Windshield Industry. Mr. Espinosa has extensive experience in numerous civil litigation practice areas and has litigated several thousand cases, many of which he has taken to trial successfully.

Mr. Espiniosa received his undergraduate degree from the prestigious Johns Hopkins University with a major in psychology and minors in Environmental Science and Business and Entrepreneurship. He then received his law degree from Nova Southeastern University where he received the NSU Goodwin Scholar full scholarship.

Mr. Espinosa is admitted to practice in all state courts in Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida & the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
